

I’d moved out of my condo in Imperial Beach and was getting ready to sell when I received one of Deborah’s marketing postcards in the mail. Talk about perfect timing. I called, we met, and I was grabbed by her enthusiasm right from the start. And it didn’t end there. Next, she arranged 'specialty staging' that looked great and then with what she calls her 'secret weapon' had a professional photographer take photos that looked nothing less than magazine ready! Then, Deborah worked tirelessly scheduling open-house after open-house every weekend making sure my condo was highly visible to any prospective buyer and kept me in the loop every step of the way. After only a month on the market, we received an offer. Her hard work paid off. Deborah got more than I thought she could. All this - and I got my desired price! Thanks Deb!
