We decided to leave what we thought was our forever home. We put much of ourselves and a lot of money into a major remodel. We knew we had to sell the house for top dollar to come out even. With Deborah's incite and marketing, she was able to get us the price we were hoping for. It was bitter / sweet for us, but having Deborah in our corner made all the difference. I've done a lot of real estate transactions in my life, and I would chose her every time.
